PARKING
*Where do I park?
You will be directed by the signs on the day of the event to various parking locations
in the area. Follow the signs to the parking areas. Also, see online map for parking
areas.
*Can I park in the Days Inn Parking Lot or the RV Park?
Unless you are a guest at the Days Inn Hotel
or the RV Park you may not park in that parking lot. Only holders of VIP Parking
Passes will be permitted to park in the RV Park.
*Am I going to have
to walk a long way from the parking area to the amphitheater?
No, as a matter of fact, we will be running a shuttle from the parking
lots to the Mountain Lakes Amphitheater. If you prefer to walk, you may do that
as well. If you have special needs we will be more than happy to help you. Just
let us know.

me?
For disabled seating you may call Days Inn Gift Shop
at 304-765-5055 Ext. 108. If you need additional help getting to your seat location
ask a Guest Services Representative or "GSR" upon entering the gates at Mountain
Lakes Amphitheater. Mountain Lakes Amphitheater has wheelchair accessible seating
that can accommodate various height needs so that wheelchair users can see the stage.
When ordering tickets please indicate if you have such a need.
OVERNIGHT ACCOMODATIONS
*Where can I spend the night if I am from out of town?
We recommend the Sutton/Flatwoods Days Inn Hotel @ 304-765-5055 or the Flatwoods RV Park for RV camping @ 866-700-7284.
RENTALS
*Can I rent the Mountain Lakes Amphitheater for my event?
Mountain Lakes Amphitheater is available
for weddings, corporate events and other rentals.

SMOKING
*Can I smoke inside the Mountain Lakes Amphitheater?
Even though it is an outdoor venue, we ask our smoking guests to go to the designated
smoking area outside the amphitheater.
CAMERA’S, CAMCORDERS,
RECORDERS
This will be announced per event. Most artists do not allow video and some
do not allow photos. This includes cell phones. We ask all of our guests to turn off cell phones
once you are seated.
TICKET SALES
*Can I purchase tickets at the
gate?
Yes, tickets are available at the door
the day of the event. Advanced tickets sales however allow for a lower ticket
price and reserved seating.
*Is
there a place locally I can purchase tickets by using cash instead of a credit card?
Yes, you may go the Mountain Lakes Amphitheater
Box Office located just inside the entrance of the south tower of the Flatwoods Days
Inn. They will be happy to
process your request. The box office is open
8:00 AM
–
11:00 PM
each day including Saturday and Sunday.
SEATING
*Can I bring my own chair if I have tickets for a grass seat?
We cannot permit lawn chairs in the grass area as it would block views of others.
Lawn seating will be sold only after all seating has been sold. Only blankets
will be permitted on the lawn.
*Can I bring my own food and drinks to the amphitheater?
Outside food and drink will not be permitted inside the amphitheater.
The concessions area will be open for events, where food and drink will
be available for purchase.
NO WEAPONS, RECORDERS, LAWN CHAIRS, FIREWORKS, PETS OR ANYTHING
INHERENTLY DANGEROUS ARE ALLOWED IN THE VENUE.
